Anyways, he did play for SJU for 3 years but had a number of injuries and never really took the floor much. He transferred to Hofstra for his senior year where he got decent minutes.
going to cjmulrain's post, I've seen Post twice this year and saw his teams at St. Mary's a number of times. He uses a ton of different halfcourt trapping defenses this year and plays a good amount of full court pressure, but what's impressive i how many different variations of halfcourt defense he uses. He also uses a Memphis-like dribble-drive-motion offense.
