On the subs . . .

Yes, Larry needs to play more because he can do something that the other guys who are getting time (Kennedy and Horne) can't do - shoot the basketball. Which we desperately need.

As I've said from the beginning, Boothe will be fine. Forget the stats. The simple fact is that the team plays better when he's in the game, which is the mark of a good point guard.

And if we are actually trying to win games, Burrell, Mason and Wright have to be out there for 30 minutes per game (each), and at least 2 of them should be on the floor at all times. You can play with your 15 fouls at center (TJ, Coker, Evans) as much as you want, and spot Kennedy and Horne into the game for 10 minutes each, and maybe try to get 5 out of Rob Thomas to give Burrell a blow for a couple of minutes in each half (this would require using the old routine of subbing Burrell out a couple of minutes before the TV timeout, which isn't rocket science).

And even you want to start Geno, Boothe has to play at least 20-25 minutes per game until Geno figures out that his job is to pass the basketball, not be a hero.

But heck, I've been saying all that for a month and apparently nobody is listening.

Thats from LawMan.

I can't agree more.  It even show's he played serious ball at one point.  As we know I still pull for Coach Roberts, but I hope this overdoing of subbing(?) has to end soon.  The team can't get into a flow.

Agreed.  We may (arguably) have added depth this year, but in order to remain competitive, we need to shorten the bench and give more minutes to Malik and Wright.
