4. St. John's (16-18)

The season certainly didn't end on a positive note for the Red Storm, with a 74-45 beating at the hands of Marquette followed by a loss in the CBI to Richmond. But there were also some positives for Norm Roberts' team, most notably two wins over Georgetown and another over Notre Dame. But when they went up against the better teams in the Big East, the Red Storm fell and they fell hard. The many sophomores become juniors, Anthony Mason Jr. returns for a fifth year and Omari Lawrence steps onto campus. The perimeter shooting must improve if St. John's is to make a move in the Big East, but it can be done. Stock: up.

Wow  4th,  that is pretty pathetic.  Maybe next year we can slip past Rider and into 3rd.  We can dream , can't we?
