OTTAWA - The St. John's University Red Storm made it a clean sweep of their four-game Canadian tour with wins over the Carleton Ravens and Ottawa Gee Gees on Sunday.
D.J. Kennedy scored 19 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead St. John's to a 71-54 victory over the CIS champion Ravens.
Dwight Hardy finished with 18 points, including four three-pointers, while Paris Horne added 13 points for the Red Storm as part of the NCAA team's whirlwind exhibition tour.
Rookie Tyson Hinz of Ottawa led Carleton in scoring with 12 points. Elliot Thompson of Fredericton and fifth-year forward Kevin McCleery of Ottawa finished with 10 points each.
The New York-based squad then edged the Gee Gees 74-73 Sunday night.
