If Q goes to West Point, I really hope that Kimani Young is offered a higher level position on the staff. Would he be interested in coming back to SJU ? It was mentioned on another post that Mo Hicks would also be a great choice. Norm needs to hire an assistant who will bring in some top area talent, especially with the big recruiting class of 2011
