St. John's likely to match Siena's defensive style

The Siena men's basketball team employs a full-court defense that harasses the ball-handler for all 94 feet, which quickens the game's pace to the Saints' preferred level -- full throttle.
Siena today meets a Big East team happy to oblige in hitting the gas pedal, especially on defense.
