This win was about the guys coming together as a team.
I noticed that some writer called Temple a mid major.

I just don't buy that. Drexel is a mid major, not Temple.

Hmm thats a tough call whether to label them a mid-major or not. They are one of the best teams of all time yet they aren't in a big conference and they are a smaller school.

I agree with Poison - the traditional A-10 teams - Temple, UMass, URI, GW, etc. just aren't mid-majors in the traditional sense.  They are somewhere in between, though the disparity has seemingly grown over the last 20 years with the huge tv deals for conferences and the larger coverage of true mid-majors.

Is Memphis a Mid-Major? Are they a Major? I'd put them in the same category as Temple as not exactly either. Mid-Major just sounds so derogatory. 

Memphis is a powerhouse.
Better than almost any program.

Siena is a mid major. George Mason. Hofstra. Santa Clara. Portland.
Bradley. Illinois State.
