Some interesting stats for our three big east games:

Total Points: minus 29  (215 to 186)
Field Goals: plus 3 (74 to 71)
3 Pt. FG: plus 2 (20 to 18)

Free Throws:
SJU: 18 of 34
Opponents:  55 of 74

Fouls committed: SJU 65,  Opponents 41

Not going to win many games being outscored 3 to 1 from the foul line.

Note that playing from behind will mean fouling a lot and giving the other team free throws.  But I would like to see the team cut harder and get to the free throw line... or work the post... but, you know, that's asking for a lot.

PG, SG and SF's

Besides DJ, the most FTA from any of our guards or sf is 27 by Boothe.  Which means everyone else is averging less than 1 trip to the line for two shots each game.  That's what happens when you do handoffs at the top to the key and settle for jumpers.

Also Sean Evans hasnt improved at all from the stripe, he is  23-47 on the year.
