St. John's (12-5, 2-3, RPI: 45, SOS: 32) got the two it needed at home over Cincinnati and DePaul. Now the Red Storm need to win some games in which they are clear underdogs. Wins over Temple, Georgia and Siena won't be enough to carry a mediocre league mark.Read More: http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2010/writers/andy_glockner/01/18/bubble.watch/1.html#ixzz0d0QkZlib Get a free NFL Team Jacket and Tee with SI Subscription

They'd be 3-2 going in against UConn, Nova, and Pitt. And if they managed to even take 1 of those games, they'd be 4-4 going into the weaker part of their Big East schedule. If I was a betting man, I'd say St. John's goes 5-8 from here on out and finishes with a Big East record of 7-11. That would put them at 17-13 for the season as a whole and probably a repeat appearance in the CBI Tournament. Any takers?
