We just hired an unqualified guy, and his inexperience combined with a lack of skill, has killed us.

Guys like Antigua - i.e., known for their recruiting - have to show they can run a program first, hire a competent staff, take the pressure, and develop players. I bet he'll get a head job at some point.

Some guys are there to recruit and serve as a liason to the players. Every good staff from the NBA to a high school football team has that one guy that soothes over the players after the coach runs them into the ground.
Norm was one of these guys. Anyone that thinks Antigua is any different is foolish.
