I think...

Norm says this way to much.

http://all-access.cbssports.com/player.html?code=stjo&media=172099

In the pre-game presser he says, "I think he's coming off a 24pts and 12 reb" If you know then say you know. Be affirmative.

If you listen to Boheim, Wright, Calhoun, Pitino, or even Buzz Williams....they know they don't think. Perhaps this is just a public speaking issue but Norm should know stuff 100% no doubt.

Reading into stuff like this makes me feel this is the reason why we appear to be ill prepared or have a lack of a game plan or point of attack.

Too many times I hear "I think" out of Norm's mouth.

Norm's unwillingness to make changes after we fell to 2-5 I'd conpletely unacceptable. Evans is still out there. Horne is still out there.

Maybe Hardy would have been better this year, if Norm had gone to him sooner. Instead, he didn't go to him at all.

Burrell gets it together, but Norm doesn't start him. Why?

Coker is the only center on the team, and he doesn't play.
He was making progress, and after one terrible game against Cor, he gets pulled for the entire season. Why?

Norm should get fired, and these are just some of the reasons why he is straight up awful.

Dave, Your point is well taken. It has been my opinion all along that Norm is ill prepared, not one to embrace the use of statistics and prone to sticking to the same script despite the variance of opposition.
