Question

Is it official yet who we play in the BE Tourney?  I saw ESPN had us playing Uconn.  Is this set in stone?

Thanks jungle.  I guess this is about the worst match-up we could have gotten. Or best, depending on how you look at it. Uconn will have more fans than us. Plus we can't beat them.
 Clock is ticking.....

UConn is so damn inconsistent but I'm pretty confident they'll bring it against us and I don't think we'll exactly bring it at them.

i have no faith that we will beat uconn, but if by some stroke of magic we do, i'd love to get some revenge against marquette...

Sad part is we could win first two rounds and have a boxers chance against Nova.

I agree. for example, if we were playing Cincy, i would completely expect us to win. This is the worst scenario if your rooting for a win.

Two wins in the tourney and Norms back i think.  Based on nothing, just a feeling.

pretty interesting to see how Uconn plays on tuesday...calhoun benched dyson, stix, and edwards for almost all of the 2nd half and their bench actually almost pulled off a comeback. they are clearly not making the tourney now unless they get to the BE final. curious to see if they even show up tuesday.

and its such a tough spot, bc with every win i fear that the chances of norm coming back increase. so i  really want to root for a blowout loss. but at the same time, i don't think i could ever root for Uconn.

i will not believe we could beat uconn until i see it. i feel a blowout coming for the 789th time in a row against the huskies.

St. John's can't touch U Conn.  The coaches have no idea how to stop a real penetrating guard like Kemba (and Dyson). He gets free and causes chaos in the holes in the Red Storm defense.

Even though UConn is one of the most inconsistent teams in the NCAA this year, Norm's team is not taking them out.

I would love to be there but I have to work.  I was hoping we would get a night game.  While I don't like the UCONN matchup (we are intimidated by them), if we could beat them, I think we have a shot against Marquette.
