Chris Mullin, the greatest basketball player to wear a St. John's jersey, knows exactly what Dwight Hardy and Justin Burrell, both of The Bronx, and Malik Boothe of Queens and Malik Stith of Long Island are experiencing today.
They have become a part of St. John's basketball lore. They will forever be remembered and welcomed with open arms into the fraternity of city kids who stayed home to play for the city school.
