Conferences like the WAC should be forced to have play ins only. No seed higher than 12. No matter what.

Taking a beating. St Johns,Louisville,Villanova,Georgetown and now West Virginia gone. Another will be gone tonight and another tomorrow. In my money pool, I got Marquette beating Cuse than UNC

Marquette and Arizona moving me up

2 out of the eleven in the "toughest conference in America" survived the first weekend.
#2 seed Notre Dame loses to #10 seed Florida State.

Kansas has an absolute cakewalk to the Championship game with all of the upsets.

what other conference can say their 11th best team made it to the sweet 16?
*wipes ketchup from his eyes* - I guess Heinz sight isn’t 20/20.

Lenny Robbins or Zags may need to hire you as his ghost writer. ;)
Definitely a more positive spin than saying the conference's best team couldn't make it out of the first weekend

Yes definitely a more positive spin than saying a conference's best team couldn't make it out of the first weekend, but an argument could be made that UCONN is the best team in the conference, they in fact won the conference tournament. But by that same argument they would say Marquette is actually tied for being the fifth best team in the conference.

All prerequisites aside, I still think the big east is the best basketball conference in the country.
