I would clearly go with Chris, Malik and Mark.
The list is for the top St. John's players, so the NBA should not be considered in making selections. It seems to be based purely on college performances.
Ron-Ron was a good player for us in his two years, but stat-wise not a top 6 player.
While Bob Z. was before my time, his numbers, particularly being the top career scorer, stood for about 33 years. And remember, he only played three years, so he could have had 400-500 more total points. That should get him in the top 6.
So I have made the late Bob Z. my fourth choice. I would close with Walter Berry (College Player of the Year) and Mel Davis ( I would have loved to see him play out his senior year.) Both were here for only two varsity years, but beat out Felipe and Ron-Ron in the key categories.
Tony Jackson also deserves to make the new Top Seven list.
