Nineteen days ago, St. John’s went out to Chicago and picked up a much-needed 87-81 victory against DePaul. Since then, the Red Storm had lost four straight before Saturday’s thrilling 66-63 win over UCLA at Madison Square Garden. On the other side of the court, the Blue Demons are reeling; having lost six straight and eleven of their last twelve, with the one positive highlight being a road win against Rutgers.

for those coming to the game tonight, it is Senior Night and Bill from the student section (aka the sleeveless guy) is a senior and the student section is asking people to cut off the sleeves on a st johns shirt and wear it to the game if you can.  #DoItForBrusca!!!

DePaul is 1-6 as visitor in Big East.

But they have been competitive in some games: they have lost by less than 10 points at Cincinnati and Notre Dame, and they were losing by 8 points with 3 minutes remaining at Louisville

We really need this one. Hope our kids are able to get over the fatigue factor.

If we could win I think we could give ND a run with a longer break in between games till saturday but lets get the W tonight first

BTW - no pushing out of the pecs allowed for your mirror photo shots!   :2funny:

The last game against Depaul, they tried to run all night long.  That might be tougher this time with only 2 days rest.

Unfortunately, if I pushed out my pecs, I'd look like Scarlett Johansson.   :'(

Excellent point.  In Chicago both teams tried to run the other out of the gym.
The guys might be a little tired from Saturday, but hopefully on our court we'll be a little more composed - let's win the turnover battle and I think we'll win this game.
