New Golden State Warrirors GM...

The Golden State Warriors have hired Bob Myers as their new General Manager.

Could be a positive for St. Johns players in the future.  Bob Myers is a former Steve Lavin player at UCLA.   He was a soph reserve on the '95 National Championship team, and senior co-captain on Lav's first team - the 1997 Elite 8 team.

Got some nice "ins" at Golden State again post-Mullins, and we're pretty solid at New Orleans, where former Lavin player (when Lavs was an assistant at UCLA) and assistant coach (on Lavin's staff at UCLA in 2002 and 2003) Gerald Madkins is Vice President of Player Personnell.

The s was intentioinal, but the word "tenure" that was supposed to follow it and wasn't is the accident.  the phrase was supposed to be "post-Mullins tenure"
