right after norm got fired there was definitely a close relative that posted once or twice on the same thread on redmen.com.

Maybe Lavin can add Norm to his staff. Roberts can show him how to run some offensive sets and help with in game coaching

How much coaching was involved when you are losing by 40?

Frustrating part with Lavin is it is only a couple things a game he does or does not do that just seem obvious. Maybe he is just stubborn?
