Pete D'Alessandro - Sacramento Kings GM

I don't know if there is already a thread discussing this but this is great PR for the university. He worked under Mullin at Golden State from 2004-2008 and Mullin was actually asked for advice from the Sacramento owner in the hiring process. Looks like he wanted to get involved with coaching so badly he worked as a video coordinator as a student at SJU with Carnesecca before video coordinators even existed:
"Later, he asked his eighth grade guidance counselor to introduce him to Hall of Fame coach Lou Carnesecca at St. Johns while attending school there. He served as video coordinator -- "when there were no video guys" -- for Carnesecca, earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University in May of 1994 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1995."
Lets hope that he keeps SJU in mind when drafting seeing as how the Kings will probably be drafting in the lottery for the forseeable future.
