Massamba has been battling knee tendonitis.
"Brice is still at the start of his recruitment and in the process of accumulating schools," said Findlay Prep assistant coach Todd Simon. "He did take a visit to UNLV and really enjoyed the attention he received."
Along with UNLV, Auburn and Delaware have also offered Massamba, 6-foot-9, 255-pound center who was born in Congo and then lived most of his life in Sweden before coming to Findlay.
Massamba is also getting interest from Gonzaga, Nevada, SMU, Cincinnati, Connecticut, Iowa State, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma State, St. John's and UCLA.
On the season, Massamba is averaging 11 points and eight rebounds per game while shooting 81 percent from the field, but it is his basketball IQ that stands out for Simon.
"His best attribute is his feel for the game," said Simon. "His basketball IQ is off the charts. He has great hands and above average athleticism. He's one of those guys that knows where everyone should be on every play.
"In terms of intangibles he is great. He is a team captain and a leader. He's the type of kid you want to be around."
