Pointer again. He's got to be the most improved player in the Big East by a wide margin.

Pointer.  But Harrison and Branch kept us in the game in the first half.  When Jordan caught 2 quick I thought it was going to be a long, long day.  Let's hope Harrison's calf injury gets better over the next few days.

He wasn't the only player who helped us, but we're down a bunch early and he got us going. He took over in the second half. Wasn't alone, but he was a force today for the whole game.

I probably would have voted for branch if he was an option. The game was over and he stabilized it.

Went with Dom.  No Branch as a choice is a mistake.  He was great!  Thought Amar had a solid game as well.

Sir with much Love was incredible and his selection is obvie.

Yet there were numerous solid contributions:

- 3'lo was Willis Reed.  Downright inspirational!
- Square hit 3 three's in a crucial two minute second half span on his way to scoring 13 of our 38 total second half points. Also,  changed his mind mid-air and assisted Savior on his nick of time shot clock ending 3 pt. dagger.  0 turnovers in 39 minutes of play.
- Aggie came in and immediately rights the ship after two bad Jordan turnovers early sent him to the bench. Shot the ball extremely well and had a super productive 18 minutes.
- Da Ali B with a very productive 13 minutes.  Gaining confidence by the minute.
-  Savior hit a huge three (see above) and had a pretty assist on Dom's exclamation point alley oop slam.

amar gave some nice minutes today, and 5 boards. I almost get where Lav is going with this starting felix stuff. its almost like he's protecting obekpa from early foul trouble and giving the game a chance to flow before he gets in. He also forced Xavier to go small for a while with the 4 guard lineup . I dont agree with it, but its working. and  yes Dom is very artest like this season.

Why Obekpa is not starting is primarily disciplinary, combined with his injury.  Why Balamou is starting, instead os someone else, is a bit of a mystery.  I assume coach feels he deserves itand that it is our best option from a basketball standpoint.  I'm not sure I agree with that but, as long as we are winning, why complain.

Agreed on Alibegovic, looks more comfortable with every game.

Agree totally.  9 for 10!!!   great TEAM EFFORT, best ball movement this year,  Great minutes for Branch.  Lavin starting to spot the bench which the team needs....fresher legs in last 10 minutes, less blown leads.  Good job by the coach.

Also, re Felix,  agree starting him helps prevent early CO fouls but it also gives the team much better ball movement, offense runs smoother.  Lets face it, when CO gets the ball offensively it is always cringeworthy, unless he has a dunk....although he has improved it is still scary.

The Dominator leads the way in a great team effort--do we see another Big East honor roll for him tomorrow???
