No way.  Really?  That has been a staple for years.  What is replacing it?

That placed sucked. It was always closed after we came home from the bars. Diners are meant to be 24 hours.

Construction going on at the old Fame Diner site. Anyone know what is going to open?

The Fame Diner moved down Union and is now called the Cornerstone Diner.

Wow used to go with the PDC guys to lunch after pharmacy classes there. I'm surprised it was there that long.

that diner did not was not to its potential, the food was ok and it didn't open 24 hours. i recently came down to the area and saw construction i wonder what it is.

There is a grocery store now in its place.

We knew it wasn't going to live forever - and we might remember its name.
