I wrote the author, Joe Nacero, about Lovett.  I explained the situation and asked him to research it a bit more.  His response:

"I will take a look. I have been wondering about that case."

Thanks for posting; when I read this this morning (still read the paper/paper), I went through the roof.  Joe has written a number of great pieces and he is a bulldog.  Would love to see him continue on the sham that is the NCAA. 

Nocera has moved to the sports section fulltime, so I imagine this is not the last we'll see of him poking the NCAA.

Great article.  The NCAA should have no place in reviewing Coursework.  Let's hope this also leads to Lovett being cleared soon.
