GG played at a much lower level in JUCO, D-2.  He was a first team d-2 All-American as a soph, but Ahmed's team would have beaten GG's by 30+ points.

Not even close.  Ochefu was ranked 42nd in his class entering Nova as a freshman and is 6'11".  He also had 4 years to develop.  We got God's Gift from a Divison 2 JC and he was only 6'7".  I don't think they're comparable at all.

I like to keep my expectations relatively moderate..

But I think he's going to be a stud for us.

Like the optimism on Ahmed's part... and even better the last line that he wants to lead.   

It's hard to tell how we will do next year, still young. But I do like a lineup of Lovett.Ponds, Bashir, Yakwe and Sima. Nice upgrade from last year. All BE players IMO.
