Surprised he is not visiting Seton Hall,  seems like a perfect fit for a player at his position especially for playing time  and need for the Hall.

I was hoping you would say that staff is still confident, but short of that, I couldn't have been confident about it, because I'm not there.  If Zach tweets that he is uncertain regarding more visits, it means that he might take more visits.  I'm always nervous about State schools from the south and their boosters because it usually hasn't worked out to well for us.  (Although I doubt they'd do anything illegal to get a fifth year guy like Livingston.  Wouldn't make any sense).  Schools that have been eating our lunch in recruiting lately:  Baylor, LSU, NC State and don't forget that school from the Northeast.  Seton Hall. I guess the south doesn't have a monopoly on. . .

You mean I shouldn't have posted about The Wiki page, or NC State competing for Livingston?

Really.  Baylor got Gathers after Lavin was diagnosed with cancer - period.  Infer what you will from that situation.  LSU got Sampson after the regime change, when the coaches who had recruited him for years left, and after speculation that he was possible to de-commit from that staff all along once the local school showed interest.  NC St  beat Lavin & Co. for a few guys and got Maverick Rowan who this staff went after for about 30 seconds.  And Seton Hall - please.  Involved the prior staff and we know the situation there.

Eating our lunch in recruiting? Nonsense. See what happens with Livingston this week.

Almost positive Livingston will be here. If so, great. If not, I'm fine with letting the young guys get his minutes

It's amazing people are freaking out because a 5th year transfer is taking a few days after his visit to decide what he wants to do and maybe talk it over with his family.

Don't think so but isn't he more of a PF,  than a Center at 6-7 or 6-8?
Attack basketball, pressure defense, 40 minutes of hell ... Early on it might be 30 minutes of hell, then 10 minutes of what the hell are you doing?"

You could have stopped right there. I don't know how you leave the house in the morning. You make Chicken Little look like Dale Carnegie.

There you go with that "if" again.  Are you trying to give WillieG a heart attack?

That's because, as I said, boosters getting involved here would be unlikely because it is only Livingston, a fifth year transfer.  And for whatever  reasons these schools have beaten us out for recruits.  I just noted that. That's all.  Not freaking out, but others are. Baylor (Wainwright, Gathers when his brother said his decision affects his family), LSU (Jerrell Martin, Brandon Sampson), NC State(Rowan, Abu). And I'm glad you mentioned Seton Hall? A Big East school. The point was that Southern state schools don't have a monopoly on shady recruiting practices.  But, some people actually think that there was no "situation" there, as amazing as that may sound. What they did was clearly against the rules, as it was documented that it was "widely believed to be a package deal."

Foad, always nervous when those schools get involved with our recruits.  I posted the exact same thing about the boosters at Auburn when that school suddenly got involved with Heron at the end.  It was thought we were leading for him. And Bruce Pearl got him. It's hard not to get nervous as an SJU fan after what has happened, and a lot of people here have said as much. After all, we finished 1-17 last year.  Hopefully, that is over.

To me the only worry is if he opts to visit West Virginia. All in all, since staff is confident, I will follow suit.

You've got the inside info, Paultz, and you know the landscape. Why does West Virginia worry you?  I know Huggins is a great coach and they just had an excellent year.
