Just heard CM's extended interview with Tiki&Tierney, talking Steph Curry, Golden State, LeBron, the Cavaliers, and the changes in the NBA game.  Anyone who still thinks that in his 40+ years in the game that CM hasn't learned enough basketball to coach this team effectively should take a listen.  There's a link on SJUBB.

I, for one, never tire of listening to him talk bball.  Think that our increase in talent, along with the emphasis on player development, will lead to what is perceived as a marked improvement in the coaching going on at St. John's

He also spent a good portion talking up the charity game at Carnesseca tomorrow night for the family of Officer Lem.  Anyone who questions where CM stands on the issue of supporting our police and firefighters (see the Anthony Livingston thread) will be impressed by the sincerity and directness of his response.

Anyone who questions where CM stands on the issue of supporting the police and firefighters is posing really odd questions in the direction of a college basketball coach.
