Tulane - Player of the Game

A couple good options after Friday night's game, but I'm voting for Bashir.

Definitely the hardest choice of the season. I went with lovett. Lead the team in scoring and assists, however, he did miss a shot, so he's got that to work on.
*wipes ketchup from his eyes* - I guess Heinz sight isn’t 20/20.

Didn't vote cause too close to call. would go with all 4 as co POG as to me it was that close. great problem to have and I hope it continues.

I like these 4. Ahmed is getting more relaxed every game. He just needs to take a little better control of the ball on his drives and he's good.

Now if we ever get some post scoring we'll be alright.

I say the coaching staff made adjustments on offensive and defensive

Tough choice but went w/ Ahmed as he seemed to tone down a bit which improved his game overall.

Went with Mussini only because of his back to back baskets when I think they cut it to 13

Be careful. Foad will call that garbage time.

Mussini getting noticeably more comfortable playing in his new role and off of Lovett and Ponds. That pump-fake one dribble pull-up in the corner was a thing of beauty and something that we'll see quite often.

That high off the glass lefty lay in was nice too. Great adjustment

Bash, Lovett Ponds and Mussini all played great, hard to pick one. Nice to have 4 offensive threats. Especially if we are finding the open man.

Yakwe.  His play gave the impetus for the other named four to step up their games.

I like seeing LoVett run the offense. He should have had more assists, but the only chance this team has is LoVett finding our shooting, and then I suppose they have to make the baskets too.

It's the closest we'll get to a real offense is when Lovett brings the ball up and gets everyone into a set. When he QB's this team and either shoots or drives and dishes it seems to be the most effective formula for this team.
