The disappointing thing in all these losses is lack of intensity, adjustments, and lineups/decisions down stretch.
There are offensive/defensive sub opportunities, can switch up defense, run something for your playmakers to get shots. I think this is where the lack of experience on coaching staff really hurts. I think the bench coaches St. Jean and Richmond are terrific basketball minds but it's hard to tap this/that when you haven't been through it on the pine. Like Mike Tyson said everyone has a plan till they get punched in the face.
An experienced coach is better equipped to handle a lead/deficit, knows when to switch up a defense, how to handle a slumping player, and has a play for a number of different scenarios a game can throw at you.
