One thing is clear: you can't keeping turning over coaches and expect to be successful. Every change is followed by an exodus which, in turn, is followed by the the youngest or least experienced team in the country.
Look at the top ten....every coach but one (Alford 4 seasons) has been at their respective school for at least 8 seasons. Pitino and Higgins are #11 and #12. Nearly the entire top 25 is headed by a longtime coach or top assistant promoted from within the program.
Mullin and staff will turn this around, and we will all be happy they learned on the job the first year and a half.
