Probably our best defensive half of the season. We need to keep that up in the 2nd half

7 first half blocks, as well (three apiece from Owens and Yakwe).

Missed the train watching at Oneills hoping we hold on

great way to end the half....Lovett with a strong start...owens with the momentum changer block and dunk....Way to finish the half...Ahmed with a AWFUL start hits some shots down the stretch Jekell and hyde with him.....Need to come out pressuring right off the bat and only -3 on boards is the key stat

That's two quick fouls on LoVett.

Are there still rumors that Lovett wants to go pro in Europe?
I really hope that doesn't happen.  Because I increasingly like the look of this team for next season if everyone sticks around.

Yakwe taking the first 3 shots of the half is suboptimal

We badly need a basket here.

Amar reponds with a strong move.

Amar caused that held ball by swatting at the ball, and Rodriguez lost control of it.  A nice play that won't show up on the stat sheet.

That was not a held ball.  But I'll take it.

This is the first game in awhile that I don't feel like wringing the refs necks.

A nice, mini-spurt.  9-2 run by the Johnnies.  It was sparked by Amar.  Haha!

Delgado with the intentional foul.

Did Doug Gottlieb really just say that shouldn't be called a flagrant 1/intentional foul? I would have lost my shit if that wasn't an intentional foul

That's three fouls on LoVett.  Sort of questionable, too.

Btw, another game with Lovett changing sneakers at half.

If he keeps playing like this though, he can wear army boots for all I care.

Mussini has to hit that one.  Then, he compounds it by tossing a bad pass after rebound, which was converted with a trey by the Hall.

We have to be careful here.

We're doing a good job to stymie their runs.

Never easy with us. If Ahmed bricks this front end of the 1 and 1 we might be in trouble
