Not certain yet, but sounds like Tariq Owens will play tomorrow for St John's #sjubb

At the beginning of the season, who would have thought TO would be this important component of the team?  Shows how weak our front line is.

Shows weakness of front line but also shows how good Owens has been. He is my favorite player on the team. If he works more on that mid range game and adds some more bulk he can be very good because of his work ethic and athleticism.

Should be a good game with Owens in the lineup. Excited but sad another season as a season ticket holder is over.

The next one will be here before you know it.

We should pull are starters and rest them for the BET. Be as fresh as possible for a late tournament run.

Rest doesn't make players better.  Look at Uconn in their run undefeated through the BET and national champsionship.  Forget rest, learn how to win...

This isn't a baseball team that clinched the division.

May as well rest them for the BET too so they are rested for next season. SMH

We're not doing anything in the tournament from the 8/9 game with Nova on deck.
Getting to 8 conference wins (and sweeping Providence), however, would be an exceptional milestone to hit going into next year.

Really?  I hope you was clowning, though I doubt it.

Our season will more than likely end next Thursday.  I'd love to be wrong, but that's the likely day (if not next Wednesday against those bum arse Hoyas).

Yes, my tongue was firmly planted in my cheek when I wrote those words...

I hope the team beats Providance tomorrow and I hope the team does something special at the Garden during the BET.

Let's hunker down on defense and beat Providence.  Enter the BET much better than we expected.  Then let's beat Georgetown again and show how far we come.  After that it's all gravy for us.  We still need experience and more talent which is coming.

The coach has to emphasize defense. And when Yakwe falls asleep and allows a wide open dunk, the coach needs to find him a secured spot on the bench.
