Unlikely.   I think they will take Kante and move on to different targets.

And when Kante isn’t talking to the program’s coaches, he is hearing from star guard and friend Shamorie Ponds, whom he played two years with at Thomas Jefferson before transferring to Robeson.

“He just tells me it’s a great opportunity to stay home,” Kante said. “Right now, I’m trying to get a feel of it. I know they need bigs, so there’s a great opportunity to come and play. Playing at home, that’s not an option a lot of players get.”

I really like this quote, makes me feel like he can see himself here, between our need and his desire to be home etc.

Former Robeson H.S. star Isaac Kante will make his college choice on May 2 between Georgia, K-State & #SJUBB per Robeson Coach Myles.

Get this kid, Dixon and maybe Cheatham.

Kante with an improved Yakwe, Owens and Ahmed add in Simon and Clark and of course Ponds and Lovett and this a team that can make a leap next year.

Then 2018 bring in 3-4 high level kids and 2018-19 it's time to think about challenging Nova at the top.
