Imho great transfer target for us.  Really athletic 4-star center/PF with lots of upside.  3 years eligibility.   Would be perfect to augment 18' class with a good big man.

Not sure how good he is but he was a 4 star coming out so that's promising.  Also 6'9-6'10 and 240 is what this team needs.

Big body, quite athletic and good hands around the basket.   Has a little bit of range too, but I'd rather him shoot from around the basket.  He's the type of guy we really need up front.  He didn't play a ton this year, but South Carolina was very good.

Really like his tape, I'm all in on him. Philly tough, athletic, very good range for someone his size. Loads of potential.

2018 prime targets Luther, Nas Little, Moses and now Keita, we're on the right track.

Based on how much he played and stats (or lack thereof), he may be a young man who could benefit from sitting out a year and better developing his skills as TO did.

Looks like a do it all big man. Would be a great get with 3 years of eligibility remaining. And just think, we can spend all of his redshirt season lamenting how good we would be if only he was eligible. I put the over under of that happening at 50,000.

Wow his tape does look good. Very coordinated, athletic and moves well for a guy his size. Like seeing his aggressiveness on D too.

I agree. A few months back I said I would like to see 2 sit out transfers just as last year and the year before. Having 2 RS guys really helps CM balance the roster. Doesnt need to get 11 guys minutes and still has plenty of bodies for practice and player development.

I bet staff sells this hard to Keita.  Lovett and Owens both had really good years following their RS years and Im sure staff will speak highly of Clark and Simons prospects for the coming season and that this year he could sit out with his old teammate dixon and be ready for a big 2018.
*wipes ketchup from his eyes* - I guess Heinz sight isn’t 20/20.

This would be perfect. It also helps take off some pressure in the 2018 recruiting class, although I still think we should be aiming for a Top 15-20 class.

Excellent face up game for a young kid. That's a tough thing to grasp at a young age. Color me impressed.

SJU is 2 for 2 with regards to visits and commitments here in the Spring (Dixon and Wilson both committed shortly after visiting).  Do I hear 3 for 3?

Just a gut feeling, but judging by the quick weekend visit after deciding to transfer, I'd think we are on the right track.

Perhaps because Scar already has 2 big guys that are better than him that will be around at least 2 more years each and they have 3 bigs in their 17 recruiting class
