He's wearing a black shirt, black/grey shorts, red shoes. If you look back at the trainers videos, there are some other clips from another sessions that they had a few days ago.

Snarky remark about how Iona plays important games in March incoming. And people wonder why this board has become borderline unreadable

Unreadable because the team isn't good. We got guys praising the recruiting guru because he couldn't even finish in the top 5 for a recruit he's been on for the longest. Loser mentality.

I'll say it again, the players need to stay off social media. Someone on the staff needs to get it under control

I agree with this. Less is more.

Heard from two separate inside sources (albeit second hand) that Mullin gives players free reign, treats them like men like he would NBA players.

I'm not a fan of social media generally but these kids are all over it, and that is true for most programs.

I think we are going to have a nice season and this staff clearly works harder than post-year 2 of the prior regime.  Let's hope the progress continues to show on the court.

I was thinking more along the lines of one of the most prominent posters here hates this program and doesn't shut up about a program that nobody outside of New Rochelle has heard of

So let me get this straight? Some of you are beating up on one of our players for working out with his peers and professionals while some guys video recorded it and put it on his social media?

Shouldn't we be encouraged he's working out with these guys? what is the issue?

The only issue is that there are some really ignorant posters on this site.

I'm not beating him up about that video.

I'm just saying how many times has a college athlete said the wrong thing over social media. It happened with our program once before.

What about how many times they've simply just been like every other 17-20 yr kid?

I don't see the problem with Shamorie playing with these guys. Shouldn't we be happy that Carmelo and Kanter thought he was good enough to play with them? Not only that, he was looking great on the court.

I don't understand the issue. 1.College players and pro players have been working out together forever. 2. Is it a social media issue?

I agree its great that Melo has seen Ponds game and thought enough to invite him for some serious run. Just a great opportunity to play at a serious level leading into 2017-18.
