43-27 at the half, Johnnies.
This Connecticut team sucks

Frankly, I think the one in Storrs will also suck.

Don't want to put the mush on him, but Trimble is off to the best shooting start I've ever seen at St. John's. 8-9 from three through the exhibitions and games. If he can hang around 40% and give us two a game that really helps.

I give up on Amar. Last game he took 2 shots , both 3 pointers. He has shown no desireto play inside.

Do you think the players go out on the court and stand wherever they want?

Do you think Amar doesn’t?

Amar is fantastic 12th man type. Not his fault he is our 9th man!

He's good to spill between a media timeout a game. (4 min)

If he plays 6 min it's probably -3 points (a sloppy soft and 1 foul with bucket)

If he can be similar to Myles Powell for Seton Hall that would be tremendous freshman year.

Crappy defense to start the half.  CCU is steadily chipping away.  48-37, Johnnies with 16 minutes remaining.

Powell is the second best player on SH IMO so I don't think that is a very fair comp, but I'd gladly take it. Trimble is confident and, so far, he's done a great job getting the puppies set. That's half the battle.

Nice, ball movement there.  65-46, Johnnies under 10 mins.

Simon came down a bit awkwardly there.  I hope he's alright.  Simon stuffs the stat sheet.

You better be careful, as a big, about putting the ball on the floor around our guards.
