Even if we get rolled, need to see a lot of effort today.  If we don't see that, then it's a wrap for this season.

My 10 month old was wearing his SJU onesie and completely shat all over himself, resulting in an immediate bath. I’m hoping he was just being a baby and not an oracle predicting the future of today’s game...

Anyone know if ponds is playing?

I think Ponds plays and Lovett doesn’t. The questions are how healthy is Ponds , how much is he going to play and how much longer for Lovett?

Local rivalry game. We usually play the Hall tough. I think we cover if it's a 10 pt line.

Edit: If Ponds is truly out then scratch this. It could get ugly.

Providence is currently shooting 3 for 23 from deep against Creighton.  Cartwright re injured ankle in first half. Creighton wins by 19. Looks like things could get ugly on Wednesday.

This is going to be ugly. We have 6 BE caliber players. That leaves 4 w the 2 injuries. Factor in big man fouls w Delgado. Smart to sit Ponds if not ready, but we are just too thin. I’m a gluten for punishment and will still watch the game, unless I get real frustrated which is possible.
