Yes I think that was a factor. It's not ridiculous to think that. What kid doesn't want to play in the tourney? And at the time of his transfer Texas Tech was basically a lock to make it while we likely weren't.

I just hope Renard enjoys the commute to Lubbock.

Texas Tech just signed on to play in Miami in the same quadruple-header as us. The rat will get to see us up close.

Grass is always greener for some. Funny thing is if he failed one of his classes he would have been forced to stay.
