Any word on Keita’s injury? Will he play in the next game?

It’s really not a big deal, the staff can just put in one of their other capable big men in his absence because they of course anticipated this being a problem at some point during the season because they’re not careless or anything.

Doctors don't think there is any structural damage. Getting MRI today but think he's questionable for Rutgers.

Thank you. Time coach Roberts and Earlington up.

At the game last night and I thought Ponds was hurting a bit when they getting ready to start second half, but he lived up to hype when the game was on the line.  Thought we got too in love with 3's in first half and did not attack the hoop which changed in 2nd half.   Was glad to have team challenged rather than blow out so they would get a dose of reality.  They will get better with time playing together.  Figgy is going to produce a "top 10" play every game.  We need Keita back--5 fouls/bulkier/rest for others.  Clark is a difficult matchup for big men as he can go outside and has quickness and handle on the break.  Gotta get some looks for Trimble.

I sit on the side opposite the benches, so I could see Ponds riding the bike.  Looked like he was ready to come back, but we made that quick run to cut it to 2, and decided to go back to the bike (figured Mullin wanted to ride with the group on the court - Heron was off the court for that run too, ironically).  When Bowling Green got the lead back up to 7, and Ponds did not come right back in, I thought he was done for the night.  Very relieved to be wrong on that.

you really can’t tell unless you are there

That's exactly how I feel about the moon landing. I mean sure, it looked real on TV, but can you ever really be sure?

Trimbles D was very good. Impacting the game without taking a shot was something I didnt envision from him. Good for him and good for us.

I'm so impressed with him this year and he hasn't even taken a three yet. Even on the foul when he got matched on their preseason 1st team all-conference center he competed and didn't give an inch. He was right up on the PG Frye and defended him far better than anyone else. He gives us great depth. Unfortunately I can see him being called on to defend 1-4 later in the year when foul trouble sets in. Big asset.

Wrong again. You don’t get the real experience on tv. Imagine being at beautiful Carnesecca Arena (same as alumni hall- not quite as hot- that one bathroom doesn’t smell as bad- still incredibly uncomfortable) and watching your hero in person. For the most part he looks like he is paying attention. Definitely better for those who consider optics. The highlight is when he starts yelling at one of the referees instead of coaching the team. My favorite part of the game is when he screams “shut the fxck up”. it’s very exciting!
It’s a wonderful experience you need to get there and see it before our hero isn’t the main attraction. Change is coming.

I was making a little joke, but since you brought it up, you have no idea what you're talking about. Eyewitness testimony - recollection of real time sensory input - is inherently unreliable, a fact that's been proved across multiple disciplines in any number of studies over any number of decades. That's why courts rely increasingly on DNA and other scientific evidence: 75 percent of cases overturned on the basis of DNA were convictions based in the main on the testimony of eyewitnesses or the victims themselves. It's also why sports - all of them - have come to rely on replays of close or controversial real time calls by referees and umpires: because one person looking at an event from one angle one time cannot possibly see as much as multiple sets of eyes seeing an event from numerous angles as many times as they want and in slow motion even.

If by "real experience" you mean exposure to the the stench and ignorance and incivility and volume of crowds of people like you, I'll pass.
