If we go 9-9 or 10-8, in a down year in conference would be disappointing.

It's a vast improvement over any previous season under Mullin so not sure how that's disappointing.

This team is talented and experienced enough, even with shortfalls,  to be 11-7.

Agreed, we have a realistic shot to beat every team this year, last year the butler/nova wins were anomalies.

Experienced enough? They've played 9 games together. Your unbridled optimism aside, they have to prove they can win consistently in the Big East which is still a big IF.

Sju has 60 percent of starting offense back and 4/5 starters who are upperclassmen. They run offense through guards where they excel at because of talent and game experience. Not going to get more experience than that in the big east this year. Through 9 games, we have seen the same type of offense as Mullin has run with almost everyone in system for 3 years, minus a few guys.  Trimble and Dixon 2 year system guys. The non experience mainly coming from L.J and Herron who dominate minutes, are both extremely talented. 9 games, 15 games, or whatever, team is who they are- not going to change much which should be no worse than 11-7.

The place is going to be packed, their is a buzz in the air around this team,They will probably get their 10th win (I’m superstitious until the game is over), it’s the holiday season, finals are over, it’s a week before Christmas where things should slow Down.

Enjoy the game with friends, have a beer and stop trying to turn diamonds into coal. No Bah humbug today, good sir

Every team needs the 'I told you so guy' in their fan section. You're the guy that waits for bad things to happen so you can relish in the misery and tell the people they were fools for believing. I would have a hard time rooting against my team so that I could be right about its shortcomings, but I guess if I wanted to be the 'I told you so guy' it would be much easier.

He's the guy who tells his wife she is fat because she gained 2 pounds on a cruise, even though she is 5' 6" 120 lbs with an hour glass figure. He of course is bald, has a pot belly and gained 10 pounds on the same cruise.

As trolls go he's Marco Baldi with a head injury.

Jimmy Jackson mentioned on pre-game the teams lack of focus at times on the defensive end. Said they are soft when guarding the perimeter. I want to see them take these nest few games and clean that up. Hope it starts today.

Poor defensive start again.  This team should be crushed, hopefully they will wake up.  Cruise control.

Poor half, D picked up but could not handle the zone.  I like Ponds in the middle of the zone with Dixon or Simon at the point.  Ponds has the hands, smarts  and allaround skills to break the zone  from there.

Yeah. Nova really brought it against Penn.
