That Shamorie steal was one of the best steals ever and should go down in the history books.

Gritty win, they got down but never got out. Them being able to tie the game down 4 with 20 seconds left really was something. Them never beliving they're out of it until the buzzer is a huge trait of our head coach.

GTown's size really does bother us so I expect another close game with them at the Garden.

I'm gonna go celebrate this one guys. What a great W. 14-1*

I think we win by double-digits at MSG.

This team is both the most exciting and most frustrating team I can remember at St John's.

Great road win against a very well coached Hoya squad. I'm sure I'll be happy later...right now I feel like I just survived a carjacking and I need to lie down and rest.

Hoyas had every opportunity to dominate inside but failed to do so in OT. WE just have so many options on offense, We really can be a Sweet 16 team if we play up to our capabiilities.

Really questionable descison by Ewing to take time on last possession. On the road maybe but you need to give yourself an opportunity to stretch the game if you miss.

Ponds left some points on the board today lol
*wipes ketchup from his eyes* - I guess Heinz sight isn’t 20/20.

We sure tried to keep them in the game there at the end. It was a great gusty win for the squad in a pressurized environment. Ponds' steal was a thing of beauty. Onto Nova.

Hey Guys,    Hope all is well.   Helluva nice win today over the Hoyas and their 1982 throwbacks!

The game was a great advertisement for Big East basketball on National TV.  These teams clearly have opposite strengths and weaknesses.  Gtown's size up front and our shooting and handling with a small team.  If we had a Govan or Gtown had a Ponds, you might be talking national champion.  The over under was 163, among the highest in college BB today.  Nothing more exciting that "swishing and dishing".

This should help with future recruiting.

Losing 11 in a row was more frustrating. Just enjoy the ride.

Great win and having 3 key players foul out on the road, great job boys

What could possibly be frustrating about a 15 and 0 team?

Does LJ just make huge, clutch defensive plays at the end of every tight basketball game? Maybe that's just what he does.

Fouling 3 point shooters twice late in overtime was not smart basketball.

Ponds is mired in a, for him, FT shooting slump. 18 for 26 - 69% in conference play.

Wanted to note that the staff ran a number of sets and even when it wasn’t a straight play the players are so well versed on when to move and where to that it had that effect.

Hopefully Keita can get a little more fully integrated and we get more offense out of him moving forward

Need Keita to rebound the ball. 1 rebound in 25 mins? That needs to improve
