We can afford to lose at Duke, but any BE losses are starting to become nails in the coffin. We really can only afford 3 more the rest of the way.

A must win. Low of -2 degrees Wednesday in Omaha, so you know the fans will be rowdy.

You would think that Ballock and Alexander don't go a combined 3/18 from 3 again tomorrow night. Then again I don't expect us to generate only 13 team assists either. Johnnies controlled the game the entire second half in Queens, idc if it were penny beers, this is a should win matchup.

A lot of chatter about other stuff since Sunday but this is a tipping point game tonight. A win tonight and we are very much still alive. Obviously out of the next 3 games this is the most winnable. Expecting anything other than double digit loss to Duke is setting yourself up for major disappointment. Marquette has been a buzzsaw since we beat them and it's going to be a tall task to complete the sweep in Milwaukee.

At this point we have to find a way to get to 7-7 going into the last 4 games of the season and then go 3-1 in those games. Getting to 7-7 is within the realm of possibility with a win tonight.

We have not won at Creighton since they joined the Big East in 2013.  Results are below.

2016-2017: 82-68
2015-2016: 100-59
2014-2015: 77-74 (particularly bad loss, as this was a weak Creighton team that had lost 9 in a row going into this game)
