Correct.  Mullin is far from a great coach, but the players lost the game tonight.  They were horrible.

Lavin could coach more than this which is saying something because he is awful and should have been let go. Mullin has been a step backward and it's time to move on.

Arizona State is not a good team and they did everything in their power to let us back in the game the entire 2nd half. We just wanted no part of it.

Clark got worse as the season went on. Significantly worse. That's all coaching.

These are Mullin and his staff's players, so blaming the players for being bad tonight (and the last several weeks), keeping the blame on simply the players and not the staff means that you are a massive apologist.

You're right, he should have.  He failed.  So what's your point?  I think before you said no one wants to play here.  Must be a reason for that.

The players do deserve some blame, but Mullin and his staff are far, far from blameless.  Tonight was just a microcosm of our play down the stretch.  This team, flawed as it is, was also poorly coached (ie, poor shot selection, poor floor spacing, overreliance on man defense, doesn't even attempt to go after offensive caroms).

I enjoyed him as a player, but I hope Mullin steps down after this season.

At the beginning of the year he didn't suck. That's the issue.

I honestly doubt they move on from Mullin...they should, but they won't.  I thought the same thing about Lavin but Lavin isn't an all time school great.
