Moe has really outperformed most people's expectations. Good to see him sticking around and making an impact. He's on a good squad.

I wouldn’t say a guy who was nearly a lottery pick as a young freshman is exceeding expectations by averaging 7.7 and 4.3 seven years into his career. I think most of us expected him to be 15+ and 6-7 boards by now.

With that written, I wish him the best and hope he keeps getting better. It’s good for us.

I agree maybe not EXCEEDING expectations but if you compare his career to other guys picked 15th it stacks up favorably.

I didn't. He was a bit of a question mark coming into the pros with his wiry frame. He's filled out nicely and is starting for one of the better teams in the best conference. Also averaged 11 and 7 in the OKC series. Exceedingly impressive.

A bright, shining star in his all too brief stay with us. Really a joy to behold.

It's crazy to realize he is still only 25. Dude is in his SEVENTH season.

Mo listed at 220 per bbreference. Can that be right? Was listed at 206 at the combine.

KD listed at 240 for comparison.

Harkless looks every bit of 220 now. On the other hand KD at 240? No way.

He is made $8.5mm last year, $10mm this year and $11mm next year...

I think it is safe to say he is outperforming most expectations in life...   he will be free agent again at 26...

It's pretty good being Mo Harkless

Lol Yeah, relative to the rest of the world he was in the 1% even at St. John’s.

I’m narrowing the scope to when he was drafted into the NBA as — as I believe the OP was referring to. That is a whole different level of success that normal people can’t even comprehend.

Huge game from Moe last night

Turned it on right when Trailblazers were down 5 with under 2 minutes left in reg. Moe immediately hit a 3 and had an and 1 to tie the game.

I think Moe will have a tremendous second half of his career. Think Trevor Ariza. $$$$
*wipes ketchup from his eyes* - I guess Heinz sight isn’t 20/20.

It feels like it could be turning. The problem with Moe has always been his confidence.

He's better than Ariza on the defensive side of ball
