Steere eligibility date

Hey kids, happy Saturday.

So any news on Steere and eligibility?  I know there was talk about him getting a waiver, but from a worst case perspective what are we looking at for when he can play?

The best I can guess is the Fall exam schedule ends on Wednesday the 18th of December 2019.  We play Arizona in San Fran on Saturday the 21st of December.  At a WORST case, he should be able to suit up for this game?  Right? 

I have been watching Steere's highlights, this guy is a tank.  After watching TBT this summer I am salivating over someone Justin Burrell like - Steere is only an inch shorter as of now. 

Any ideas of if my timeline is correct? 

Justin Burrell was awesome to watch in the TBT. I wish he was that good at St. John’s.

If I were the Knicks I would want those 2 also. Maybe Burrell is to short to play in the NBA. DJ is great.
