Game 1 of the season. Who's pumped for some basketball!!

Who's your starting lineup? Will you be happy with a win or want a blow out? Who will lead the team in scoring?

Mercer boasts a frontline that features (4) players over 6'8". Despite their 11-20 record last year they played teams like Harvard, @NCST, @Florida, @Wofford competitively.

First game jitters, our players not knowing their roles just yet. I think this one is close yet we will see who our biggest asset is early, Mike Anderson, against a novice head coach Greg Gary.

Happy with a win; dont need a blow out. That kind of frontline is a good barometer for Josh Roberts.

Defense will be far more advanced than offense, pressure will lead to easy baskets.

CTC personally sent me an email asking me to come out and support against Mercer.

Mercer sucks. Their frontline sucks. This should be a blowout with our style of play even if the team i doesn’t perform well.

Want a W and avoid last year habit of starting off with a 10+ point deficit in first few minutes

I expect Rutherford-Heron-LJ-Sears-Roberts to start.

It’d be a great sign if Williams got the start, though, given his ceiling over Rutherford.

With Dunn out we are insanely thin at guard. We’ll likely need a walk-on to play some minutes at points this season. We only have two scholarship players that can defend small guards. That’s crazy.

Early observation: Team looks so much more well conditioned than last few years. Thank you Mike Anderson.

Still early so I wont get too extreme, but I love the pace and the way the defense looks.
