You can’t stop making strawmen arguments. Everything I write about Anderson brings you directly to Mullin. I’ve posted for years that Mullin was ok and nothing more. I’ve said that I think Anderson is a better coach multiple times, but you guys think he’s sine hero that deserves a total pass year one.
Guess what, genius? Mullin and Anderson are a hell of a lot closer as coaches than you and these other clowns try to portray. Mullin was probably slightly under the average coach and Anderson slightly over. Both were fired this year. Neither has ever been known for x’s and o’s. Anderson’s system doesn’t require much skill nor does it require brain power. He doesn’t need a tear to get people on board.
And you don’t rebuild when you have two of the top ten players in the conference...you supplement. No team in the conference has more than two honorees.
Did you ever see the hero in person? Can’t believe you did. Coach fxck you didn’t even talk to his players. Standing around not saying anything for optics isn’t coaching.
If you thought he was anything but a figure head you are lying to yourself. If thought the Team coached by St. Jean was well coached you you are an idiot. That team had no offensive system, took terrible shots, and by choice didn’t go after offensive rebounds. Defense was equally pathetic.
If you can’t see the difference this year. You are blind or lying to your self. Coach Anderson actually coaches. If you go to games you can see him hold players accountable. Guys are getting better. Earlington and Roberts did not look like this last year.
Anderson’s system is easy and he has been SUCCESSFUL with it for years. Mullin didn’t lose because of bad luck or the school being cursed. He was fired for CAUSE. NO ONE will hire him again! Anderson is an above average college basketball coach. Coach Mullin was a lazy bum.
