Is the team staying in the Midwest for Saturday's game or did they fly back to NYC today, with a return flight on Friday night so as to ensure they arrive for the game Saturday early afternoon? Brutal scheduling either way.

Probably cheaper to fly back after Marquette game

Georgetown at home, Providence at home, Creighton at home, Marquette at home, Villanova at home are all a lot more winnable than DePaul on the road except for maybe Villanova.

They are just talking crap. We match up nicely with nova. And the other soft teams

No. We don't.

Talking about half-court offense the Villanova-Butler game showed why Nova is a premier coached NCAA team ... so when we "match up" with Nova, much will be revealed...

I say we play them tough. What is going to be revealed?

How long can I continue being truthful? For the rest of my life.

Well we can clearly see why both teams are in basement of conference...neither can shoot...

I don’t want to speculate but you gotta think Caraher and Steere move on next season, along with Heron, Rutherford, And LJ. That allows 6 spots for the 4 signed Rand and Pickney.

I agree. The last gifts of transfer U. Caraher was terrible in that half

Don't want to speculate but I'm going to speculate and my speculation is going to be the same speculation that it was in the last game thread when I speculated that Caraher and Steere are going to transfer, this despite the fact that as Dave pointed out the last time I didn't want to speculate that they've both already transferred once and if they did so again they'd have to sit out another year again at which point they'd be eligible for social security.

On the bright side if there are six new bodies they'll be rebuilding again, so there's that.

Not so sure about LJ unless he graduates and can be a graduate transfer...just think he can increase overseas stock by staying on another year, as we can see, he has no chance at NBA

I was hoping for more out of Caraher but he's done nothing this year. Granted he hasn't been given a lot of minutes but you gotta somehow make some type of impact even in limited action. Doesn't look comfortable out there at all.

I wouldn't give up on Steere so quick. We need athletic big bodies. Can never have enough and we surely don't.
