I think two wins in the NIT would be promising, but reasonable.

That would be promising. I'll take a win in the NIT which I believe would meet expectations in Year 2 of this regime.

Reasonable to say we were NIT last season.

Natural progression, with an incoming class expected to see major minutes for the first time in NCAA Div 1, would be multiple wins in the NIT...making the tournament would be nice, but we aren't there yet.

We have enough upperclassmen that if this system is going to work we either make the tournament this season, or come damn close to it. Either one sets up a promising future.

To me, this is year one in terms of seeing if Coach Anderson’s system can work at St.John’s. Even from these two games, we can already see it taking shape.

As I maintained all last season, I expect us to be a tournament caliber team this year.
