Huge game tonight. All the odds stacked against us. Let's see how the team responds.

We’re going to beat them again. They were embarrassed (and rightfully so) after Saturday night.

Had to expect Villanova to punch back hard after we gave them the L last time. They got deeper with guys getting healthy too.

Take this one in stride.

Bright spot Isaih Moore is really looking like he can become an impact player. 11th straight game where he's missed less than 2 shots. Really playing to his strengths and finishing around the rim.

I’ve been impressed with Moore’s 3pt shot as well. Just don’t like him dribbling.

Still don’t know what’s up with Roberts starting, doing nothing and coming out. Other than that, we were thoroughly pummeled. Lot of work to do, but looking forward to freshman becoming sophomores next year.

I like Roberts starting. Sets defensive tone and allows game pace to settle before Moore comes in against backups.

Coach has gone away from Roberts lately and it is no coincidence that our defense has looked very mediocre.

Moore is an enigma to me. He looks all big and bad slamming down dunks but he doesn't intimidate anyone else on the court besides the rim. He doesn't do the dirty work this team desperately needs from a big.

Coach goes away from Roberts when Roberts struggles to keep up on defense. He’s physically able to compete at this level, but his man is dunking on an unguarded basket because he doesn’t know where he should be. That’s why he sits.

Mullin’s staff couldn’t get through to him. Anderson’s staff hasn’t yet. Maybe it’s not them.

How do you get through to someone who just flat out stinks? If he can't play defense and he's a complete zero on offense why even waste time talking about him.

Moore’s rebounding #s are embarrassing. He got 14 against  Gtown and 9 against St. Peter’s but he’s a averaging less than 4 per game against everyone else.

That’s just effort and pride.

Not that it’s sayin much but he’s tops on our team in per 40 rebounding numbers. In and out of conference.

Moore at least has an offensive game. What’s Roberts rebounding numbers?

Not hating on the kid. I’ve actually warmed up to him. However, if you can grab 14 in a game you should be able to average 6-7. He’d get more burn if he was better on the glass and D.

I had 11 rebounds watching from my couch. It was not a shooting clinic tonight.

They shot 43% we shot 46% a normal game.

Champ, a great rebounder in my opinion, had 10 boards in 37 minutes. Watson, a fuxking monster, had 5 boards in 33 minutes. Isiah Marillac had 11 boards, 13 slices, and 10 bud heavys from the Couch.. in 20 minutes

Solid production, but Isiah Marillac is Banquets to honor the great  Johnny Lawrence or Cold Snaps for taste.

Champ is awesome on the glass.

I just checked ,Moore and Roberts average about 24 minutes a game. Moore averages 5 rebounds and Roberts 2.7. So unless Roberts is much better then Moore on D , I would play Moore more. Moore is much better offensively also. Regrettably, I do not see much improvement from Roberts this year compared to last year.
