"What do you do if your basketball program’s in the toilet, your most famous uniform element was your coach’s sweater, and your team is called the Red Storm? You do the same damn thing as everyone else: break out the black uniforms. Additional evidence of the world losing its mind here."

Don't happen to agree with PL on this one, but his daily postings are a great read for those engaged in "the obsessive study of athletics aesthetics." (www.uniwatchblog.com/)

although i did think it was kinda stupid for us to be wearing black uniforms, they were nice looking uniforms

This is not that serious IMO. I'm more worrying about play on the court then damn uni's like rich from michigan football have said... "get a life"

Yes, we should stay focused on the more pressing issues of our time...like college hoops or football.  ;)

I liked the black uniforms, I like the addition of black into our colors overall, I'd like to think Johnny Jungle had a little to do with that even though it had absolutely nothing to do with it.

The black unis did look nice but I think we need to stick with Red maybe use black a couple of times a year.
